摘要：

骨折不愈合(骨不连)是骨折愈合过程的中断,为骨折临床治疗中的严重并发症和难题。引起骨折不愈合常见风险因素包括患者自身内在因素(遗传、年龄和性别、全身性疾病)和非自身外在因素(环境、创伤、治疗),其中对内在因素的人为可控性较小,但却为骨折后恢复的基础条件,早期评估有利于治疗方案合理制定;对外在因素多可进行人为干预,在临床治疗过程中应受到重视,注意识别并采取相应措施,以减少骨不连风险。
