摘要：

<正>股骨粗隆间骨折(intertrochanteric fracture),又称转子间骨折,是指股骨大粗隆至小粗隆之间的骨折,是临床上老年人骨折的常见类型。股骨粗隆间骨折多发生于65岁以上的老年人,随着人口老龄化,股骨粗隆间骨折的发生率将逐年增高。股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方式包括保守治疗和手术治疗,治疗的目的是修复肢体的解剖结构,恢复肢体的功能,提高患者生活质量[1]。本文对近年来股骨粗隆间骨折治疗进展进行综述。1骨折分型仔细研究股骨粗隆间骨折的分型对手术方式
