执行功能测评技术的临床应用现状与展望

摘要：

执行功能的检测是临床认知功能评估的重要内容。由于目前神经心理学界尚无公认的执行功能定义和理论模型,导致临床和科研工作中涌现出了种类繁多的执行功能测评技术。为增进临床医生对执行功能测评技术的了解、促进临床上执行功能测评工作的开展,本文从执行功能的总体评估和执行功能核心成分的专项评估两方面分别对目前国内外临床使用频率较高的执行功能测评技术进行概述,并对该领域现存的问题及发展方向进行分析和展望。
