胸苷激酶-1在直肠癌患者血清中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘要：

目的探讨细胞质胸苷激酶-1(TK-1)在直肠癌患者血清中表达,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法回顾性分析了2008年12月—2012年12月在该院行手术治疗的60例直肠癌患者的临床资料,选择30例健康查体者为正常对照组,采用化学发光结合斑点杂交技术检测血清TK-1水平。结果直肠癌组、正常对照组血清TK-1水平分别为(2.96±0.99)pmol·L-1、(0.92±0.31)pmol·L-1,直肠癌组血清TK-1水平显示高于正常对照组,相比较差异有显著性(t=15.294,P<0.05)。肿瘤低分化组血清TK-1水平显著高于肿瘤高中分组(t=8.412,P<0.05),肿瘤≥6 cm组血清TK-1水平显著高于肿瘤<6 cm组(t=9.865,P<0.05),TNM分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组血清TK-1水平显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期组(t=11.356,P<0.05),发生淋巴结转移组血清TK-1水平显著高于淋巴结未转移组(t=9.842,P<0.05)。结论 TK-1在直肠癌患者血清中呈高表达,血清TK-1的表达对直肠癌的诊断、肿瘤的侵袭和转移评估有一定临床意义。
