摘要
全身振动训练法作为一种新兴的训练手段,在国外众多领域得到广泛开展,国内也开始了初步的运用与研究。本文以文献研究为主,通过对国内外在振动训练作用效果及其影响因素等进行总结、归纳,以期为今后实施研究和运用振动训练提供参考。
