转化生长因子β1在胆囊癌中的表达及意义

摘要：

目的 :探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)与胆囊癌发生、发展的关系。方法 :应用TGF β1多克隆抗体对 35例原发性胆囊癌、10例胆囊腺瘤及 10例慢性胆囊炎标本进行S P免疫组化标记。结果 :胆囊癌TGF β1的阳性率为 5 7.1% ,与胆囊腺瘤、胆囊炎 (阳性率分别为 2 0 %和 10 % )比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,TGF β1的阳性表达率在Nevin分期和伴淋巴结及远处转移的病人中 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,TGF β1表达率与病理组织学分级、性别及年龄无关。结论 :TGF β1与胆囊癌的发生发展密切相关 ,TGF β1水平增高可增加胆囊癌转移的危险
