本文就鸡主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)的基因结构和功能;鸡MHC的遗传;鸡MHC编码的抗原;鸡MHC与疾病抗性、生产性能关系;鸡MHC的应用等方面进行了全面的综述,提出了今后的研究方向和存在的问题。
