企业冗余的利用对绩效的影响

摘要
文章分析了企业冗余的利用对绩效的影响,并运用在河南省283家企业进行的问卷调查所获取的数据作为样本进行实证分析,结果显示,企业冗余与绩效之间呈倒置"U"型关系,当企业的冗余未过量时,企业冗余与绩效正相关;当企业的冗余过量后,企业冗余与绩效负相关。
