<正> 电子出版和网络出版人类社会自从发明用文字记载历史以后,便进入了一个崭新的阶段,最初是竹简、木牍代替了龟壳、兽骨。后来,发明了纸和活字印刷术,使载体和记录方式有了重大突破,产生了近代出版业。当前,我们正面临着第五次产业革命——信息革命,未来社会将是信息时代,信息被认为是一种劳动资料。没有先例证明纸印刷品将成为最好的存
