添加剂对锂离子电池自放电性能的影响

摘要
本文采用碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC)、氟代碳酸乙烯酯(FEC)、1,3-二氧戊环(DOL)、1,4-二氧六环(DOX)、苯磺酰氯(BSC)作为添加剂,并对每种添加剂选取了特定的添加比例,分别制备成18650型电池,置于55℃环境中,进行特定存储时间的电压、内阻测试,分析锂离子电池在存储过程中的自放电性能,结果表明几种添加剂中VC的效果最好,以1.00%的比例添加时在55℃条件下存储45天,其容量保留率可以达到95.00%,XPS结果表明VC添加后负极电极表面有机溶解性弱的CH3OLi和稳定性好的ROLi量增加,形成了更加致密稳定的SEI膜,电池自放电性能得到改善。
