摘要：

国外关于FDI(外商直接投资)对发展中国家城市化动力作用的研究始于二战后,认为发展中国家的城市化是一种依附性的城市化,FDI对发展中国家城市化的作用多为负面影响。但是随着资本全球流动范围和规模不断扩大,支持FDI将会对发展中国家城市化产生正向影响的研究逐渐增多,而且大多数学者已经意识到发展中国家不可能游离于经济全球化之外孤立隔绝地发展经济,FDI正在通过复杂多样的途径继续影响和塑造着发展中国家的城市化。
