透明质酸钠与糖皮质激素治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床比较

摘要：

目的比较膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠与糖皮质激素治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 53例膝关节骨性关节炎病人随机分成两组,分别用透明质酸钠和醋酸泼尼松龙加普鲁卡因注射,井比较两组的临床效果。结果透明质酸钠注射组与醋酸泼尼松龙注射组的临床疗效有显著性差异。结论在膝关节骨性关节炎的药物治疗中,透明质酸钠是替代糖皮质激素的最佳药物。
