首次脑卒中后6个月内肢体痉挛情况调查1

摘要：
目的调查首次脑卒中后6个月患者肢体痉挛发生的情况。方法对2012年3月2013年12月因脑卒中住院的355例患者,应用改良Ashworth量表（MAS）分别于发病后1个月、3个月、6个月进行评定。结果痉挛发生率1个月时是42.7%,3个月和6个月分别达到63.7%和65.7%。上下肢痉挛的发生率在3个月时达到最高水平。上肢重度痉挛的发生率高于下肢。不同损伤部位及不同年龄组间痉挛发生率无显著性差异。结论脑卒中后肢体痉挛通常在3个月内出现,上肢痉挛的发生率明显高于下肢。
