《IEEE会报》是IEEE学会的会报。IEEE出版了全世界电子、电气和计算机科学领域30%的文献,另外它还制定了超过900个现行工业标准,是全世界电子电气科学的实际领导者。《IEEE会报》2011年影响因子高达6.8,在IEEE的所有期刊中影响力排名第一。本文详细介绍了《IEEE会报》的创办及历史发展,特别是在编审制度、发刊内容、约稿对象、版面形式上的历史沿革,统计分析近5年的论文作者情况,发现《IEEE会报》的成功是不断革新的必然,更是百年历史的沉淀。研究这样一份科学期刊,对我国期刊的国际化发展有相当重要的意义。
