<正>老年抑郁是指老年人的一种精神障碍,包括老年期短暂性抑郁状态、抑郁症慢性期持续至老年期或抑郁症老年期复发、卒中后抑郁、老年期首发的抑郁症,后者也有人称之为晚发性抑郁(late-onset depression,LOD)等。卒中也是老年人的一种常见疾病,并且临床研究发现,有血管疾病的患者抑郁的发生率会增加,尤其是冠心病和脑卒中,而且有过脑卒中的老年人伴有抑郁的概率
