摘要：

从可用性的概念、研究目的、研究方法、研究内容以及评估指标5个方面,对国外移动服务可用性研究的相关领域文献进行综述,分析现有研究中存在的问题,对未来研究趋势进行展望,以期给国内移动图书馆可用性研究提供借鉴和参考。
