摘要
美国在审视其数学/科学课程改革诸多经验的基础上,建构了中小学教师效能的各种评价方法。课堂观察方案是美国教育管理者评价中小学教师课堂教学有效性的主流方法。在设计与实施、内容、课堂文化、教学效果等维度设定了关键指标,以反映教师有效教学行为的典型特征。美国数学和科学课堂观察方案在高效课堂情境、师生角色上呈现的特征为我国理科课堂教学提供了诸多有益启示。分析美国数学和科学课堂观察方案在高效课堂学习情境,师生角色上呈现的特征与内涵,为我国数学和科学授课质量评价提供思路和方法。
