摘要：

钙拮抗剂治疗高血压具有其自身的特点和优势。目前有多项大规模前瞻性临床研究证明,长效钙拮抗剂为首选的治疗方案,通过长期积极的血压控制能有效降低心血管危险,从而肯定了长效钙拮抗剂的安全性,确立了长效钙拮抗剂在各类高血压患者(冠心病、糖尿病患者,以及老年和不同种族的高血压患者)中的治疗地位。
