CGRP和VIP与先天性胫骨假关节的相关性研究

摘要：

为了明确降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)在先天性胫骨假关节(CPT)病变组织中的表达,取10例CPT病变骨膜作为实验组,以10例正常骨膜作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测两组标本中CGRP、VIP的表达。结果显示,CGRP、VIP在CPT的骨膜中较对照组表达减弱。因此,CGRP和VIP在CPT中的异常表达可能是导致CPT的因素之一。
