摘要：

死亡受体信号转导通路是诱导细胞凋亡的主要途径之一,目前已知的死亡受体有8种,其信号转导途径主要有3条,分别为TNFR、TRAIL和Fas/FasL信号途径。本文将就这三条通路的研究概况进行阐述。
