降钙素原对脓毒血症早期诊断价值的回顾性研究

摘要：

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在浓毒血症早期诊断中的价值。方法回顾性研究该院2014年6月至2015年6月2日内进行细菌培养与PCT检测且结果有效的686例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该研究中,血培养阳性56例,体液培养阳性67例,所有培养阴性567例,3组的PCT中位数分别为4.26、2.78、0.46ng/mL;革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌感染患者PCT中位数分别为2.35和4.56ng/mL;胸腔积液培养、腹腔积液培养、胆汁培养阳性患者PCT中位数分别为1.91、5.23、3.64ng/mL。47例脓毒血症和16例重度脓毒血症的PCT值分别为5.32和10.25ng/mL。结论 PCT水平与脓毒血症的病情严重程度、病原菌种类以及患者感染部位具有一定的关系,可以用于脓毒血症的早期诊断。
