摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)已成为消化科的常见病,面对国内对其诊治水平层次不同、总体水平落后的现状,推行溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治尤为重要。国内一线城市的消化科病房诊治UC水平基本与国外接轨,但多数城镇医院对相关UC知识的掌握仍较匮乏。UC常被冠名为"慢性结肠炎",治疗策略只是依据最初的判断给予对症处理。强调溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治培训、推广多学科协作治疗模式,对于溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治非常重要。
