<正>腹股沟疝是普外科最常见疾病之一,治愈途径无非是手术治疗,其手术方式不断变更和完善,从之前的有张力手术到无张力时代,再到现如今的腹腔镜疝修补术,腹股沟疝手术经历了一个又一个的时代变革,而如今正属于腹腔镜的时代。腹腔镜疝修补术符合现代医学的新趋势,是基于无张力疝修补术的新型
