从大量的关于中小企业关系型融资的经济管理学文献中理出理论发展的内在逻辑,阐述关系型融资的基本含义及其相关的影响因素,剖析经济管理学关于中小企业关系型融资的量化研究工具和分析范式,并适当介绍最新的理论和实证研究进展。
