摘要
介绍一种综合迭代法和优化算法两者优势的混合算法 ,并用于设计ICF靶场照明衍射光学元件 ,得出比先前方法更加理想的模拟结果 .其衍射效率达到 97 5 % ,均方误差为 0 0 2 6 ,并且顶部极为平坦
