人胚眼色素上皮细胞的培养

摘要：

目的　准备可供植入的人色素上皮细胞。方法　将 12～ 2 4周人胚眼的视网膜色素上皮细胞 (RPE)自脉络膜毛细血管床上撕离 ,置入培养皿中作贴壁培养。结果　培养的RPE细胞可在培养皿中存活 2～ 3个月。顺极性和反极性培养不影响细胞的形态和存活时间。培养的RPE细胞具有吞噬视细胞外节的功能。结论　培养的人胚眼RPE上皮片可作为同种异体RPE移植的良好供体
