绝经后骨质疏松与激素补充治疗

摘要：

绝经后女性是骨质疏松的高危人群,激素治疗是60岁以下女性防治骨质疏松的一线选择。应掌握适应证,越早应用越多获益。同时评估利弊风险,制定个体化的治疗方案,尽量选取天然激素、使用最低有效剂量,治疗期间应严密监测。但对超过60岁的女性预防骨质疏松的治疗,由于激素补充治疗心血管不良事件、乳腺癌等风险明显增高,不作为首选。
