摘要：

通过系统梳理西方多中心概念、测度与效应等方面的相关文献,发现多中心效应的不确定性与其定义的模糊性以及测度方法和指标的选择有关;某一尺度的多中心政策在其他尺度上会产生不同影响;历史特殊性和地方情景是影响多中心政策实施的关键因素。认为并不存在可适用于所有区域的空间组织模式和政策措施,今后的研究应仔细区分形态多中心与功能多中心,正确选择测度方法与指标。
