山茛菪碱(654-2)的抗炎症作用

摘要：

山莨菪碱(654-2)对二氧化硫吸入所致大鼠急性气管炎,角叉菜胶所致大鼠脚爪水肿,油酸所致大鼠急性肺损伤及博莱霉素A5所致肺纤维化均有保护作用。阻断组胺作用及抑制溶酶体酶的释放,可能是654-2抗炎症作用的部分环节。
