宋内志贺菌流行新趋势和耐药新特点

摘要：

志贺菌是感染性腹泻的主要病原。其中宋内志贺菌的流行出现新趋势,不但在发达国家是优势流行株,在发展中国家的流行率也逐渐增加,已取代福氏志贺菌成为主要流行菌群。宋内志贺菌对临床常用抗生素(包括头孢菌素)的耐药性升高并快速增长,产生了超广谱β-内酰胺酶及AmpC酶,产生率为0.12%～12.74%,引起广泛关注,但实际的耐药状况更加严峻。目前报道的耐药基因型包括SHV-11、CTX-M-2、CTX-M-3、CTX-M-14、CTX-M-15、CTX-M-27、CTX-M-39、CTX-M-64、CTX-M-65、CTX-M-79、TEM-15、TEM-17、TEM-19、TEM-20、TEM-52和CMY-2等,提示须要加强耐药机制的研究,提高警惕并加强监测。
