从1947年首次提出到2007年,丹麦哥本哈根地区"手指规划"已经走过了60载。尽管时代发生了巨大的变化,但当年所制定的第一份"手指规划",依然对哥本哈根市的发展产生着积极的影响;当年规划建议中提出的指导原则与基本理念,依然对今天的城市规划富有启示意义。本文希望通过对当年这份规划形成的时代背景,及其所确定的基本原则与内容的简要回顾,帮助人们更好的了解"手指规划"和它所体现的"以人为本"的城市规划理念,从中得到借鉴,使城市规划工作能够更好地为市民服务。
