<正>子宫内膜容受性(endometrial receptivity,ER)是指子宫内膜处于允许囊胚定位、黏附、侵入,并使得内膜间质发生变化,允许胚胎着床的一种状态[1]。子宫内膜允许胚胎着床仅发生在某一特定的短暂时期,这段时间被称作"着床窗口期"(window of implantation),一般认为排卵后的6～8d,或者月经周期的第20～24d[2]。胚
