摘要：

鼻息肉的病因目前仍未完全清楚，多年以来认为与感染及变态反应关系密切。近年研究认为神经肽类与多种细胞因子，如IL－1，TGF－α、β1，IGF1，GM－CSF，IL－3，IL－5，IFN，IL－4，PAF等均在鼻息肉中存在并影响鼻息肉的发生及病理变化。本文讨论了鼻息肉的病因及上述细胞因子在鼻息肉发病中的作用及机制。
