摘要：

<正>心血管疾病和抑郁症两者的共患率很高〔1〕。目前已有很多文献报道了抑郁症作为冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病(CHD)的独立危险因素,不但增加CHD的发病率,而且对CHD的预后产生不良影响〔2,3〕,且与传统的危险因素如糖尿病、吸烟、高脂血症等对CHD的影响程度相同〔4〕,并且CHD的发病风险与抑郁症的严重程度有关。抑郁症作为一种与心理行为相互影响的社会适应不良性疾病,影响着心血管疾病的发生与发展,而
