建立信任措施 构建东北亚区域安全机制

Northeast Asia has been one of the most impressionable and hot spot in the world over a long period of time.Since North Korea declared on Dec.12,2002to restart its nuclear weapon program,the security there has become the focus of the international community,which has suggested many kinds of conception within this respect,one of the most important ones of which is that mutual trust should be established,suspicion discarded and cooperation enhanced.The paper studies the basic theory and the foundation about the confidence-building measures,seeking concrete measures to enrich the study of regional security there.
