摘要：

基质金属蛋白酶是一组具有许多共同生化性质的可降解细胞外基质的酶。目前至少已发现八种基质金属蛋白酶。它们的细胞来源不同,所降解的底物亦不同。它们生物合成与活性的调节与其基因转录率的变化、分泌酶原的活化、活化酶的特异性抑制物及酶原的稳定性有关。
