摘要
水蛭素是从医用水蛭中分离出的一种多肽,它具有抗凝、抗血栓等药理作用。重组水蛭素为其基因工程产物,它与天然水蛭素的药理作用基本相同。本文综述重组水蛭素抗血栓作用的研究进展。
