替勃龙与钙剂联用治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的骨密度及骨代谢指标观察

摘要
目的观察绝经后妇女骨质疏松症用替勃龙与钙剂联用治疗的骨密度及骨代谢指标变化。方法经骨密度测定为骨质疏松症的109例绝经后女性,随机分为A组(实验组,口服替勃龙与钙剂,56例)和B组(对照组,口服钙剂,53例)。各组均于用药前、用药后3、6个月进行临床疗效判定及骨密度和骨代谢指标的测定。结果经治疗后,A组的临床有效率为85.72%,明显高于对照组64.16%(P<0.05)。A组骨密度和骨代谢指标均较B组明显好转P<0.05)。结论口服替勃龙加钙剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症较单纯服用钙剂疗效显著,是绝经后妇女骨质疏松症较好的治疗方法。
