<正>目前,钻孔、剥离、曲率和X光衍射等传统的涂层宏观残余应力测试技术已在国外得到工程应用,而光激发荧光谱技术和显微喇曼光谱等新型的微区涂层残余应力测量技术在学术界得到应用。美国材料实验协会和金属协会热喷涂分会都制定了涂层残余应力测试标准。而我国
