摘要：

<正>下腰椎爆裂性骨折较为少见,占脊柱骨折的1.2%。笔者回顾性分析2004年1月-2007年12月间在收治的15例严重下腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,均行下腰椎椎弓根螺钉固定、单一椎节的椎体切除、钛网重建。现报告如下。
