摘要：

The research of logical syntax provides us with knowledge of the sentence structure, while the logical semantics gives us a view about truth. Therefore it is natural to have sentence and truth as the central concern when one deals with the theory of meaning from logic. Both M.Dummett and D.Davidson help us to realize this point, though their theories of meaning are different.
