荧光原位杂交技术是一种非常有用的分子细胞遗传学工具,特别是对一些染色体数目异常和复杂染色体异常的诊断,架起了染色体显带技术和分子遗传学之间的桥梁。本文主要就荧光原位杂交技术的发展历程、探针制备和临床应用做一简单的综述。
