骨关节炎易感基因研究进展

摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是中老年人的常见病,是活动关节的一种慢性退行性疾病。其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确。OA不是一种单纯的老化过程,而是遗传度较高的疾病。目前已有较多候选基因被视作OA的易感基因。研究易感基因有助于明确OA的发病机制,也为制定OA的防治策略提供科学依据。本文对OA重要的易感基因研究进展进行综述。
