肽对体外混合培养瘤胃微生物发酵和生长影响的研究

摘要
用混合瘤胃微生物体外培养的方法研究肽和氯化铵对不同结构碳水化合物发酵和微生物合成的影响。碳水化合物来源是葡萄糖、木糖、淀粉、酸化纤维、Sigma纯纤维、滤纸纤维、玉米秸、小麦秸和稻草。试验采用 2× 3× 3因子设计 ,采样时间分别为 1h、2h、4h、8h、12h、2 4h和4 8h。结果表明 ,与氯化铵相比 ,肽显著提高葡萄糖在 2h的发酵产气量、4h的TVFA生成量和 4h的微生物合成量 (P <0 0 5) ,对 4 8h发酵终产物没有显著影响 (P >0 0 5) ;肽对木糖和淀粉发酵的促进作用发生在 8~ 12h(P <0 0 5) ,对 4 8h发酵的终产物没有显著影响 (P >0 0 5)。肽对纤维素和农作物秸秆发酵的促进作用主要在培养 12~ 4 8h(P <0 0 5) ,显著提高 4 8h发酵的终产物量 (P <0 0 5) ,但Sigma纯纤维素的微生物合成量例外 (P >0 0 5)。与氯化铵相比 ,肽对葡萄糖产气量的最大提高幅度是 2 2 2 % (2h)、TVFA的最大提高幅度是 74 7% (1h) ,微生物合成量的最大提高幅度是 133 5% (4h)。在纤维素中 ,肽对酸化纤维发酵的促进作用最明显 ,产气量、TVFA生成量和微生物合成量的最大提高幅度分别为 572 2 % (2 4h)、74 3 2 % (2 4h)和 91 1% (12h)。在农作物秸秆中 ,肽对小麦秸秆发酵的促进作用最强 ,产气量、TVFA生成量和微生物合
