摘要
梳理相关文献,得出意义建构研究主要涉及组织危机情境、变革情境和一般情境。危机情境研究强调组织核心管理者与普通员工集体意义建构的社会过程;变革情境研究强调组织2个最高管理层高层与中层的作用及互动机制;一般情境研究则关注组织在应对不同问题时的意义建构过程和结果。比较三者的研究差异,提炼共同主题,并展望未来研究方向。
