治疗阿尔茨海默病的非胆碱能药物研究

摘要
阿尔茨海默病是以记忆、认知及神经功能受损为主要特征的大脑进行性退化性疾病 ,该病是由多种因素共同作用引起的 ,其中胆碱能神经损伤是主要病因之一 ,但是针对胆碱能神经系统的药物只能部分改善患者的症状 ,无法阻止或延缓该病的进展。本文综述了通过非胆碱能途径治疗该病的药物研究进展 ,包括作用于脑内非胆碱能递质或受体的药物、抗 β 淀粉样蛋白药物、神经营养因子、抗氧自由基药物、促智药物、抗炎药、雌激素替代疗法、基因治疗等。其中针对发病起因的抗β 淀粉样蛋白药物、神经营养因子和基因治疗将是未来的研究方向。
