摘要：

随着公司创业如火如荼地开展,研究公司创业模型,探究公司创业的影响因素以及不同因素之间的作用机理,对于指导公司创业具有越来越重要的理论及实践意义。本文首先对现有影响较大的公司创业模型进行了介绍和分析,并从团队、资源、机会和环境四个方面对这些模型进行了比较,归纳总结了公司创业模型的特点、各模型之间的传承关系以及对我国公司创业研究的启示,最后展望了公司创业模型研究的未来发展方向。
