摘要：

随着人类社会的老龄化,骨质疏松症已成为影响老年人,尤其是老年妇女生活质量的一种多发病。笔者通过查阅国内外近期文献,对临床上常用于骨质疏松症的治疗药物进行了综述,包括激素替代疗法、选择性雌激素受体调节剂、锶盐、双膦酸盐、降钙素和依普黄酮等骨吸收抑制剂,氟制剂、甲状旁腺激素、同化激素等骨形成促进剂,钙剂、维生素D及其衍生物等骨矿化药物。
