<正>骨质疏松（osteoporosis,OP）发病率随预期寿命的延长及年龄相关疾病的出现而上升[1],一旦发生骨质疏松性骨折,将出现各种并发症,导致生活质量下降,不仅危害个人,也给国家造成经济负担[2-3]。由于骨质疏松症具有隐匿性,很多患者出现髋部骨折后才被诊断,Guglielmi G[4]研究认为早期诊断可以提高患者的预后与生活质量。美国预防服务专案组[5](U.S.preventive services
