摘要：

整体工程观是指导工程实践和工程教育的哲学新理念,其整体性涵盖了工程背景、工程要素、工程产品生命周期、工程活动各个阶段。我国高等工程教育存在过度科学化、工程性不强、课程脱离工程实践等问题,其改革应以整体工程观为指导,回归当代工程实践,着力构建"工程范式"的课程,实现理论与实践的融合、知识与能力的协同、技术与非技术的平衡,彰显"和合"的工程教育思想。
